The Bloomington City Council will hold a public hearing on May 19, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider Case #PL2025-20, an application by the City of Bloomington for a City Code amendment to update various performance standards applicable to accessory dwelling units (ADUs), two-family dwellings, and townhouses, thereby amending Chapter 21 of the City Code.

The Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on May 8, 2025, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider Case #PL2025-33 an application by the City of Bloomington for a City Code Amendment updating various performance standards for small businesses, thereby amending Chapter 9, Chapter 10, and Chapter 21 of the City Code.
