The City manager enforces ordinances and resolutions, appoints City employees, spearheads strategic planning and budgeting and recommends actions to the Council to protect Bloomington citizens and provide efficient operation of government.
Jamie Verbrugge was appointed by the Bloomington City Council to serve as Bloomington's City manager in February 2015.
