Construction Management Agency for New Maintenance Garage

The City of Bloomington is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, partnerships, consulting firms, and corporations having specific experience in the area(s) of construction management agency (CMA) service, including construction contracts, construction plans, estimating, and specifications for the construction of a maintenance garage, salt shed, and fuel island. This will include the deconstruction and demolition of two existing buildings located at 1750 and 1800 West 96th Street, Bloomington, Minnesota, respectively.
