This is the fourth year that the City of Bloomington has contracted with National Research Center, Inc., of Boulder, Colorado, to administer The National Business Survey™. The survey explores the local business climate, workforce recruitment and retention and the economy. Approximately 3,500 businesses received invitations to participate in this online, confidential survey.
