Permit Status and Inspection Results
Building and Inspections has two permit systems available for inquiry as follows:
Current System (permits processed since 1/30/2017): Application number contains 13 characters starting with 'PR'. To find public permit information by property address, you may inquire through the Property Locator page.
Legacy System (permits processed 12/7/1998 through 1/29/2017): The legacy system does not allow search by property address. These older permits have a 7-digit permit number that can be entered into the search box below. Call our general inspection line at 952-563-8930 if you do not have the permit number(s).
