Public Hearing Notices and Proposed Ordinances

The Bloomington Board of Review will meet as the Bloomington Local Board of Appeal and Equalization and hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as provided by State law.

The Bloomington Board of Review will meet as the Bloomington Local Board of Appeal and Equalization and hold a Reconvene Meeting, if necessary, on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as provided by State law.

The Bloomington City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 14, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, conducting a public hearing to consider the plan. The City is soliciting public comments on its 2025 to 2029 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Consolidated Plan draft and 2025 Annual Action Plan draft which will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in May 2025.

A copy of the detailed budget and Action Plan is available in the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) offices at Civic Plaza (address above) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. until the day of closing of the public comment period. The Action Plan is also available for review on the City’s web site at: www.bloomingtonmn.gov/cdbg .
