PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Bloomington, Hennepin County, Minnesota (the “City”), to be held on Monday, September 15, 2025, at or after 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, the City Council will consider the adoption of an ordinance authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund Bonds of 2025, Series 57, in an amount not to exceed $7,000,000, plus any premium received, the proceeds of which will finance construction of local improvements currently or soon to be under contract.

Notice is hereby given that the City Council will, at a regular meeting of the City Council to be held on Monday, September 15, 2025 at 6:30 p.m., conduct a hearing on the 2024 CAPER. The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at Civic Plaza, located at 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota. A copy of the CAPER is available in the HRA offices between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. The HRA offices are located at 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, MN 55431.
