The Bloomington City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 27, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as provided by State law, to consider an Ordinance amending Chapter 1 of the City Code to designate uncodified ordinances as special ordinances, amending Chapter 20 of the City Code to renew Comcast’s Cable Television Franchise, and creating appendix D of the City Code providing a reference for uncodified ordinances.
