NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City General/School District Election will be held in the City of Bloomington, Minnesota on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, for the purpose of voting for the following offices:

Council Member at Large (All precincts)
Council Member District I (Precincts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7)
Council Member District II (Precincts 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15)
School Board Members - Bloomington School District (All precincts)

The Bloomington City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as provided by State law, to consider an Ordinance amending Chapter 13 related to alcoholic beverage control and fines for violations of Chapter 13 as set forth in Appendix A.

The Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on November 6, 2025, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider the approval of the American Boulevard Transit Study.

The Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on November 6, 2025, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider Case #PL2025-143 a City Code Amendment - Small Business Codes and Processes Phases II Ordinance.

The Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on November 6, 2025, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider Case #PL2025-153 a Privately-Initiated City Code Amendment - Existing Remote Airport Parking Facilities.

The Bloomington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on October 23, 2025, at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers at Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, 55431, or by electronic means as permitted by State law, to consider Case #PL2025-145 the Annual Miscellaneous Issues Ordinance 2025.

In accordance with Minn. Stat. § 206.83 and Minn. R. § 8220.1550, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Accuracy Test of the electronic voting systems will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at the Elections Warehouse, 9924 Logan Avenue South, Bloomington, MN. This test verifies the voting equipment and programming systems function accurately for the Tuesday, November 4, 2025 Municipal and School District Election. Members of the public may attend.
