The Purchasing Section coordinates most purchases of products (commodities) and services for the City of Bloomington and its departments. When Purchasing has current requests for bids, requests for proposals or requests for information, they are posted below, along with instructions for responding. Project documents are available for preview and download using the online system at https://bloomingtonmn.bidsandtenders.net

The Engineering Division coordinates most infrastructure construction projects. Engineering uses the RT Vision dashboard and ConneX to provide information about City projects in the planning stage, downloadable bidding documents and project management information.

Legal Services for Eminent Domain Proceedings, Request for Proposals

The City of Bloomington (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, firms, partnerships, and corporations having specific experience in the area(s) of legal services for eminent domain proceedings and interested in providing these consulting services to the City.

Bid documents are available for preview and download using the online Bidding System at https://bloomingtonmn.bidsandtenders.net.
