Birdwatching has become more popular over the years and can provide great benefits for both the birdwatchers and the birds!

Join naturalists from Nature Enthusiations to share in the joy of birding.

  • Look and listen for birds.
  • Learn common Minnesota bird species and key identifying features.
  • Discuss useful bird apps and websites.
  • Explore ways to help wild birds.

All experience levels welcome. Experienced birders are encouraged to help add to the eBird list.

Drop-in program. Follow the signs from the Harrison Park parking lot to meet the naturalist any time during the 90-minute program.

This is a free program for all ages with no registration required. It will occur weather permitting. Check the status of events during inclement weather by calling 952-563-8878 or visiting the Parks and Recreation Facebook page.
