The Planning Division has implemented an online application portal for all Planning applications. Sign permits and zoning letter requests can be applied for directly in the portal. All other Planning applications cannot be started by the applicant and require staff to create a project case file for your application. If you wish to submit a Planning application, please contact the Planning Division at 952-653-8920.
Staff will work with you to ensure you have all the required application materials. Once staff create the Planning application for you, you can then proceed to upload your application materials and pay the associated review fees in the application portal. Please make sure to create a portal account, so you can upload materials and pay your fees.
