The Infant Health Initiative provides resources and support to pregnant individuals and families with newborns, focusing on reducing infant mortality and preventing preterm births while promoting healthy family environments.

Group education and support: Monthly education classes for pregnant individuals and parents of newborns, covering topics such as prenatal care, preterm birth prevention, infant feeding, mental health, safe sleep practices, and more.
One-on-one support: Individual support for families to access necessary services, connect to resources, and navigate systems. This may include housing, medical insurance, preventive health care, transportation, food, mental health, and more.
Baby supplies: Access to essential items, including safe sleep kits, diapers, and home safety items to create safe and healthy environments for baby.
