Everyone can save a life
Bloomington Public Health is proud to offer free Hands-Only CPR and AED training within the cities of Bloomington, Edina and Richfield. The course covers the basic hands-only techniques for chest compressions for adults, children and infants, as well as an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) demonstration.
Who is this course for?
- Participants must be 13 years of age or older.
- This course is intended for the general public rather than medical professionals. This course is NOT eligible for CPR certification or continuing education credits (CEC).
- Consider attending if you belong to one of the following groups; this is not an exhaustive list:
- Parents, grandparents and other caregivers
- Babysitters
- Scout troops
- Business owners
- Anyone new to CPR
- Anyone wanting to learn basic lifesaving techniques

- The course is currently offered in English.
