This is a voluntary partnership of local food establishment representatives and Environmental Health staff (i.e., food inspectors). The group meets to address issues pertaining to food safety and the City's food protection program. The meetings provide an informal setting where food service managers can receive applicable food safety education and openly discuss current issues. An added bonus is that Certified Food Protection Managers can also obtain continuing education credits for attending meetings.
