Mindful Weaving at West Side Perk

Get to know the businesses of Countryside Center at this family friendly gathering! This will also be a great time to support local businesses such as West Side Perk and Scoops Ice Cream and More. 

The Arts Creative, in business for one year, will lead a free, mindful weaving activity where they invite participants to reflect on "what makes you bloom in Bloomington?" using simple materials to craft a woven piece of art that embody personal reflections and intentions. Registration is not required, feel free to walk in. This activity is part of a series of artist-led engagements that highlight the work of local artists, build connections with the community in a creative way, and provide opportunities for input on a Creative Placemaking Plan.
