Yard waste collection is a subscription service for residents with City garbage and recycling collection. Weather permitting, full-season yard waste collection runs Monday of the second full week in April through Friday of the last full week of November.  If there is significant snowfall before the end of November, yard waste collection will end at that time.

2024 yard waste season runs from Monday, April 8 – Saturday, November 30 (Friday collection will occur on Saturday due to the Thanksgiving holiday delay). To subscribe to seasonal yard waste collection, contact Utility Billing at 952-563-8726 or email UtilityBilling@BloomingtonMN.gov.
