What’s developing: Gyropolis expansion nears completion

Gyropolis, known for its Greek family recipes made with organic produce, is nearing completion of its expansion at 2325 W. 90th St.

The project, which will triple the restaurant’s size with a 2,400-square-foot addition, features a new kitchen and adds 74 indoor seats, along with a 58-seat outdoor patio. This project is supported by local initiatives such as Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and a DEED grant of $58,400. The expansion is expected to be completed by October and will reopen to the public soon after.
