Notice of Impoundment and Pending Disposal of Vehicles

NOTICE OF IMPOUNDMENT AND PENDING DISPOSAL

The following vehicles were towed:

• 2015 Chevrolet Impala, License Plate:  HRH061/MN; Vin:  2G1165S3XF9124582 towed from 100th St. and France Avenue South, Bloomington, MN on 4/20/2023;
• 2007 Dodge Charger, License Plate:  9UA767/MN; Vin:  2B3KK53H67H632333 towed from Hwy 494 and Hwy 77, Bloomington, MN on 8/17/2023;
• 2006 Chevrolet Malibu, License Plate: HTE802/MN; Vin: 1G1ZU63816F289680 towed from 40th St. and Elliot Ave., Bloomington, MN on 2/11/2022; and
• 2005 Cadillac Seville, License Plate: 383XAS/WI; Vin:  1G6KD54Y45U268014 towed from Longfellow Ave. and 77th St., Bloomington, MN on 10/25/2023.

Vehicles are currently located at Bloomington Impound Lot, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, MN.  Any persons or entity proving ownership or a lien interest in the vehicles may reclaim the vehicles and their contents upon payment of accrued tow fees.  Owners have the right to return of the vehicle’s contents without charge upon certification you are homeless, receive certain need-based aid, or qualify for legal aid assistance.  If the vehicles and/or their contents are not reclaimed, any owner or lien-holder will waive any rights thereto 45 days from the date of this notice under provisions of Minn. Stat. 168B.051.
