Bloomington, MN — The City of Bloomington and Minneapolis Regional Chamber are pleased to announce the Top 10 finalists for the 2024 Hatch Bloomington pitch competition. This milestone marks a significant step forward for the entrepreneurs competing for the chance to win $100,000 in business assistance. 

The public is invited to attend as the Top 10 finalists present their pitches to a 7-judge panel on Monday, July 29 at 6 p.m. in the Black Box Theater, Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 W. Old Shakopee Road. After the July 29 pitch presentations, recordings of the pitches will be posted on the Hatch website

Voting will open  after the July 29 pitch session and will remain open through August 5. Community members will be able to vote for the business they want to see in Bloomington through a vote-by-text system.

After voting is complete, the Top 3 contestants will be announced August 6.

Arbor Furniture Company - Matt Rens

The Arts Creative - Katie Ross

Bloomington Greens – Prince Yeakehson

Disinvested Youth Gaming Initiative (DYGI) - Hal Reynolds

Indoor Dog Fitness - Grant Anderson 
Health club for dogs and their owners, promoting pet fitness and bonding.

The Jump - Hayley Matthews-Jones 
Size-inclusive jumpsuits for women, focusing on style and fit for all body types.

Kalsoni - Muna Mohamed 
Culturally sensitive activewear and wellness initiatives for Muslim women and girls.

Nunaa African Restaurant and Cuisine - Raissa Laban 
Authentic West African cuisine filling a culinary gap in Bloomington.
