Are you a Bloomington resident who participates in the City’s organics recycling program? The results of your impactful work have arrived. On Saturday, May 11, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., at Bloomington’s Maintenance Facility, 10500 Hampshire Ave., registered participants can take home up to three bags of compost for free.

New this year, residents must be participating in the organics program (curbside or drop-off) to pick up compost.

In order to receive compost while supplies last, residents must RSVP by Monday, May 6, at blm.mn/compost. Not signed up for organics recycling yet? Sign up at blm.mn/organics.
