Fifteen Bloom in Bloomington interns started their work in June at Mall of America, Larkin Hoffman, Artistry and the City. Bloom in Bloomington strives to support and grow a more diverse and accessible workplace for the community by matching young people with employers in local government, nonprofit and private sectors.

A big welcome to the following City interns: Eman Mohamed and Shonte Brown, HRA; Weemon Yeakehson, Communications; Kayla McMayer and Megan Van Cao, Public Works; Ruby Cibik, Assessing; Gracie Lebak, Bloomington Police; Anderson Soth, Port Authority; Althea Forstner, Artistry; Leon Debooze Blackmon and Keya Kittridge, Office of Racial Equity Inclusion and Belonging.
