City Council will meet in closed session for the purpose of an election facilities security briefing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(d). Financial issues related to security matters will be discussed and all related financial decisions must be made at an open meeting of the City Council. The meeting that is closed for this purpose will be tape recorded and preserved for four years after the date of the meeting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13D. After the briefing in closed session, the meeting of the City Council will be reopened to the public to adjourn its meeting.
