The City and the Minneapolis Regional Chamber are partnering to offer Hatch Bloomington. The competition offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to pitch their business ideas and compete for a chance to receive $100,000 in financial assistance to kick-start a brick-and-mortar business in Bloomington.

In May, contest organizers received more than 60 applications. Twenty-five semifinalists were selected in early June. On June 26, the semifinalists presented their pitches to a panel of nine judges who narrowed the field down to 10 finalists. The field was narrowed to three finalists with a round of community voting. Now it is time to select
a winner!
