Important Information Regarding Property Taxes - This May Affect Your 2026 Property Taxes
The purpose of this Reconvene Meeting is to determine whether taxable property in the City of Bloomington has been properly valued and classified by the Bloomington City Assessor’s Office, and to determine whether corrections need to be made.
The purpose of this Reconvene Meeting is to resolve appeals heard at the April 16, 2025 Local Board of Appeal and Equalization meeting. Any new appeals or walk-ins will not be changed, but instead the value and/or class affirmed, and their right to continue to the County Board of Appeals and Equalization preserved.
Please contact the Bloomington City Assessor’s Office at 952-563-8722 or assessing@bloomingtonmn.gov, with any questions or for further assistance.
Generally, an appearance before the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization is required by law before an appeal can be taken to the County Board of Appeal and Equalization.
