Summer Spectrum

Summer Spectrum is a collaborative program of Bloomington Public Schools' Community Education, the City's Parks and Recreation Division and the Bloomington Art Center.

Hot off the press: The Summer Spectrum 2014 catalog is here!

Please accept our apologies regarding the below corrections in the
2014 Summer Spectrum Catalog and 2014 Summer Resource Guide.

Check out what's new for 2014 in the Summer Spectrum catalog:

  • Summer Spectrum catalogs will be mailed by March 7 to homes with students enrolled in Bloomington's public school system. Copies will be given to all non-public schools, and will also be available at Bloomington Civic Plaza, Community Education Campus and public libraries.
  • CORRECTION! Outdoor Paddling Adventures will not be offered as part of Summer Spectrum 2014. Our catalog had already gone to print when this change occurred, therefore the class does appear on pages 12 and 20 in all the catalogs that were mailed out to Bloomington residents. This error is not listed in the online version of the catalog. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

Spectrum is just one of our many programs. See our Summer Resource Guide for more summer opportunities:
